Under Virginia code, compulsory attendance requirements can be met through tutoring by a licensed teacher approved by the division superintendent. Our program has been approved by the WJCC and York County Schools superintendents as meeting compulsory attendance requirements, providing an alternative to homeschooling families in lieu of a Notice of Intent and annual evidence of progress.
Our part-time and hybrid attendance options include a range of payment options, to support family budgeting.
